Log into your bungu account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Schedule
Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, or contact our team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
